The Company, in compliance with the applicable Italian laws and regulations in force, intends to avail itself of the exemption from publishing its 2009 fourth Interim Management Statements considering that the Company’s 2009 Draft Annual Financial Statements are published within seventy-five days of the close of the relevant Financial Year.
